Miranda Savage is a Canadian painter born and raised on the west coast of British Columbia. Deeply inspired by nature and her love for animals, these passions are reflected throughout her work. Encouraged by her late grandfather, a landscape painter, Miranda discovered her love for art through the freedom to explore and create in his studio—a spirit that continues to shape her practice today. After studying Fine Arts at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, she spent time teaching visual arts to aspiring young artists before shifting her focus fully to her own creative business, ArtByMirandaSavage. Through this venture, she produces commissioned pieces, including custom pet portraits, landscapes, and large-scale murals. When she’s not in her studio, Miranda devotes her time to motherhood, finding inspiration and joy in raising her one year-old daughter. Her art continues to celebrate the beauty of nature, family, and creative expression.
