Jennie Cole is a Pitt Meadows resident inspired by the natural beauty of her surroundings and the places she has traveled. She enjoys creating and exploring new ideas, often combining traditional craft techniques such as felting, embroidery, thread painting, quilting, and fabric dyeing—particularly ice dyeing—with other fibre arts in her work. Jennie also has a strong interest in drawing and painting. Her art aims to blur the boundaries between fine art and traditional craft. She loves learning new techniques and exploring fresh concepts.
