Bio.

Studio name: I’m an acrylic painter looking for bold colours and textures in my work. Originally from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Glenn and his family moved to Pitt Meadows over thirty years ago. For the last 20 years Glenn sketched and painted but recently moved from watercolours to acrylics. After classes in colour theory Glenn developed a passion for bright colours,sgraffito, and layering of textured paint. Sgrafitto is the deliberate scratching, gouging, taping or sanding of the top layers of paint to create vivid contrasts with the underpainting The results are bold contrasts, bright colors and textures. Exhibited in Art Studio Tour last three years. Three years running at Studio Tour exhibition at the Maple Ridge library
